Abstract

A 31-year-old man was admitted due to dyspnea on exertion (NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ) and general weakness. The echocardiographic findings reveal moderate secundum atrial septal defect and mitral stenosis. Mitral valve replaced through atrial septal defect and
atrial
septal defect closed by direct suture. Postoperative course was uneventful and discharged 2 weeks later.
